Ezekiel’s final vision from God
Was of the Lord’s returning glory.
This would be the culmination
Of redemption’s story.
God’s people had been judged
For all their sinful ways,
But they would return to God
In time, in future days.
Though God’s glory had departed
From the temple site.
His presence would come again
With splendor and with might.
God wanted His people
To repent from their sin.
He wanted to restore them
And give them peace within.
Ezekiel’s message was of hope.
God’s promises are always true.
Everything that He vows,
He will faithfully do.
Many people in this day
Are in the exile’s situation..
Caught up in their sinful ways,
In need of God’s salvation.
God graciously offers hope
To those who are lost.
Jesus paid for our sins.
When He died upon the cross.
God offers redemption
Through Jesus Christ, His Son.
There is hope for tomorrow!
The battle has been won!
Believers anticipate His return.
We look forward to that day.
Will you be ready to meet Him?
Accept Jesus without delay!
