Heavenly Father there are many
prayer requests today, so many
people needing
You in a multiple ways.
There are some who have situations
they can barely face;
a family member has
brought disgrace.
There are those who have negative
Dr Reports,
they’ve been told they have
sicknesses of every sort.
There are parents at a loss
as to what to say,
because their dearly loved
children have gone astray.
There are those whose mates
have abandoned them,
they don’t know if they’ll
ever see them again.
Then of course those whose
loved ones have parted,
the peace that passeth
understanding not yet started.
Hearts are aching minds
can’t find rest;
some are having a hard time
considering themselves Blessed.
Help us to remember we don’t
always know what’s best,
and that if we but
hold on we’ll pass this test.
Help us to remember persevering
helps us to grow,
that what is hidden from
us is clear for You to know.
Help us to lean on Your
understanding not our own,
and to remember we can’t
move on until we’ve grown.
Father I ask that each of these
prayer requests be met,
and for us to accept when
the answer is “Not Yet”.
I ask that each one praying feel
Your presence and grace,
and that Your loving peace
be revealed on their face.
I Thank You for hearing and
answering prayer,
and for the loving assurance
of how deeply You care.
