Have you a heart that's heavy
Are you cumbered beneath a load of care?
We have a loving God who is with us,
Our every burden He will bear.

Each day we're blessed abundantly
In this world down here below,
We are given God's great love and peace,
His joy is our strength, as through life we go.

We must have a burden for souls
who are perishing without God in sin,
As Jesus daily loads us with benefits,
we must pray for the souls of lost men.

Each day God bestows His blessings
on those who look unto Him,
We have so much for which to be thankful,
we have a loving Savior, who is our Dearest Friend.
