He stands by me through thick and thin, My loyal friend on Him I can depend, I will tell of His love again and again. We'll plant seeds of kindness along the way Serving our Lord each and every day, Love and encouragment, joy and peace, When labour's ended, Crowns we'll recieve. He is always with us in sunshine and rain So patiently waiting in love and not shame, I'll praise Him because..He died for me, Someday soon, We'll behold Him, you'll see. No longer in darkness we have to rome, Soon we'll reach and enjoy our heavenly home, The trials may come and waves rise high, We'll rest in Him in the sweet bye and bye.
