A beautiful day God has made
For healing the wounds of yesterday
A day for happiness and love
Telling others the story of God above.

A beautiful day we should embrace
Spreading the word of God's grace
Live this day as it should be
Enjoy God's gifts to you and me.

God is guiding me through this day
He has filled my heart with hope
So knowing I can face all hardships
God gave me a beautiful day to cope.

This beautiful day God gives me peace
My sinful soul has found release
My life is richer than ever before
Today God is leading me to heaven's door.
