LIFE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT

Life is what you make it.
Of love, the same is true.
The happiness found in both of them
Depends upon just you.

If life slips by you daily
Love can do the same
It takes a lot of understanding
To keep them both aflame.

Life is an occupation,
It is not just a game.
So, don't go chasing rainbows
Because they only come after rain.

And when the rain is over
And the rainbow disappears
You may find instead of gold
The rainbow only lead to tears.

Live your life fully
And keep your spirit free
But always remember,
Life, love and freedom
Are not always what you think they are
Nor what you think you see.
