As Jesus struggled up Calvary’s rugged hill
He was obedient to do His Fathers will,
He went to the cross to show us the way,
His precious blood was shed that day.
Our Lord didn’t ask us to take His place
He suffered the shame, in love and grace,
No one will ever to go to a cross again,
He paid the price and said, I would do it again!
What ever the need in your life today
Just know that He cares so much for you,
He’s coming back someday just as He went away,
Let us be ready.... He may come today!
