That guides me daily,
Stay the joy,
Within my heart,
Lift me up,
Above life’s doldrums,
Strengthen me,
Lest faith depart.

Stay the peace,
That rest within me,
Keep me strong,
That I might toil,
With the love,
That You have given,
I’ll withstand,
This human roil.

Stay the light,
Until the sundown,
When my walk,
On earth is through,
Then as now,
I will surrender,
Heart and soul,
All to You.
