God has given us great and precious promises
Of a Redeemer and soon coming King,
He has given us a blessed hope, we look for,
And joy which makes our hearts to sing.
The Word of God was given to man
Breathed by our holy God's inspiration,
When we seek to know the Lord and His power,
We find He gives us revelation.
The mysteries of the ages
Have been written for us to behold,
Within the pages of God's Blessed Book,
Is the Greatest story ever told.
When we seek to know the Lord
To dwell in the secret place of the Most High,
We find the presence of the Almighty,
We behold the Savior and shall see Him by and by.
